How to create new friends list in Facebook

when logged in, simply go to :

https://www.facebook.com/bookmarks/lists

And you will get this kind of page for you :

   
              you will see create list button like in above picture. Click it, then following popout appears :

Give name to your list like Family, Friends etc.. in List Name then select members you want to add in that list. Now your new list is ready. enjoy ..
